Free gig tickets and Studio update !

hey hey ! A news update ! 

BLACKUP is playing a small festival this Saturday in Moen, Belgium. We're again giving away 2x2 tickets for the gig. So send us a message  to get these babies !

From Sunday on, we're in the studio, recording for 2 new 12"  records, one will be a split with OBITS from NYC. Both vinyls will be super limited and super amazing to look at and listen to. That's a promise. 

Labels are Screaming Mimi/Flight 13 records and yes, Xavier's resurected label Delboy records, which, back in the day, released among others, MASTODON, BLACK COBRA, DÄLEK, HITCH, FIFTY FOOT COMBO...

AUGUST UPDATE 

NEW RELEASES.

This fall will see 2 new Blackup releases.

OBITS / BLACKUP split 7" on Sceaming Mimi records

BLACKUP one sided 12" on Delboy / Screaming Mimi records. 

The split will feature both live tracks from both bands, so I'm told. We will heavily remix the shit out of our track !

And, as you can see, Delboy is back with its first release in years. A one sided, silk screened beauty with a few new tracks that will burn your face off !

In the meantime, we have started rehearsing again after quite some time of doing fuck all. Babies and buying old timers on Ebay kept us from touching guitars and drums as if they were poison. Now, we're back ! 

Steven is busy with his new baby girl and playing Summer festivals with FIFTY FOOT COMBO. In the meantime, BLACKUP is gearing up for a new release, which will be a one sided 12" with brand new songs, as well as a split 7' with an American band, name of which will be revealed in due time. We also posted a few new gigs. More to come !
